We may provide market commentary, trading ideas/signals, and educational content. Signals may include entry, targets, and stop-loss suggestions. Execution on any exchange is solely your decision and risk.

We may offer curated real estate investment opportunities and portfolio tracking. Actual property deals, timelines, and yields depend on the specific opportunity and documentation shared with you separately.
3.3 Investor / employee portals
Approved users can view investments, ROI, transactions, and request withdrawals subject to available balance and admin approval.
4. Payments, Fees & Investments
- Fees for premium plans (if any) will be disclosed before purchase.
- Investment amounts recorded in your portal reflect amounts accepted/approved by Dhancred Group.
- ROI percentages are as configured for your plan/investment and may change with written/portal notice.
- You must not use stolen, third-party, or illegally obtained funds.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share paid signals, private group content, or portal access with unauthorised persons
- Scrape, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems
- Impersonate others or submit false documents
- Use our Services for money laundering or unlawful activity
- Harass staff or community members
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, educational materials, and software are owned by or licensed to Dhancred Group. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute without written permission.
7. Community Channels
WhatsApp/Telegram/email groups are for members. We may remove users who spam, abuse, or leak private content. Third-party platform rules also apply.
8. Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed after verification and admin review.
- You must provide correct bank/UPI/crypto wallet details.
- Delays may occur due to banking/network checks or incomplete information.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided ¯as is¯. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhancred Group is not liable for trading losses, missed signals, exchange downtime, market volatility, or indirect/consequential damages. Our total liability related to any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific paid service in the 3 months preceding the claim (if any).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Dhancred Group and its team against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms, fraud risk, or legal requirements. Certain clauses (IP, liability, indemnity) survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
